  • Notes : Daniel and Thomas Higgins were carpenters. Timothy Doane was a carpenter. There were two lots of land. One lot of land was on the southerly part of Sampson Island, and formerly owned by Eliamkim Higgins. For boundaries, reference Eliakim Higgins' deed to Thomas and Daniel Higgins. The other lot was also on the southerly end of the island, and for its boundaries, reference the deed from Joshua May to Samuel Higgins. Bette Higgins was the wife of Thomas Higgins.
