A 1964 essay Vonnegut wrote originally for Venture Magazine, and which was later included in his collection Welcome to the Monkey House retitled Where I Live. The essay begins with an encyclopedia salesman stopping in at Sturgis Library, and unable to find the directors, he goes exploring around the Village. It's a fond look at our quirky home on Cape Cod.
