Judah Baker described as "mariner"; deed is for one twelfth of one quarter of a piece of property held in common with Kelley, Webber and Merchant; there are two signatures for Mercy Baker in different handwriting--one is written around an X ("her cross"), the other an actual signature--not sure if two different people; deed reregistered in Dennis on November 21, 1828; Jonathan Nickerson signed as Town Registrar in 1828 (he was JOP for deed), but handwriting attesting to record is not the same as his signature. Seth Collings might be Seth Collins from 1850 Collins/Smalley deed.
