Griffith represents Rebecca Higgins by a power of attorney. The property represents 3/4 of all the real estate Paul Higgins, late of Orleans, and Samuel Higgins Jr. gave to Jonathan Hopkins on a deed dated Jan. 1, 1800, and the said Jonathan gave to Samuel Higgins Jr, Rebecca Higgins, James Phiney and Stephen Griffith. Their wives are Abigail Phiney and Eunice Griffith.
