  • Notes : Martha Cole was described as "spinster," and Beriah Doane as "yeoman." The lot lay near Timothy Doane's dwelling house, and was bounded on all sides by Timothy Doane's property. One side being a mud swamp. The land formerly was owned by Daniel Cole of Eastham, It also noted that the land was "all the land Martha Cole possesses in that part of Orleans." Martha Cole signed with a mark.
