Samuel Higgins, Jr., described as "yeoman," sold one half of his dwelling house, the westerly part, and one half of the cellar under the east end of the house, and a piece of land adjoining the house. The bounds run, beginning at the front door, southerly 12 poles, east 10 poles, south 5 1/2 poles, thence westerly 14 poles, then north 11 poles, then east 2 1/2 poles, thence south through the house to the first mentioned bound. Also granted was the privilege to use the well, and a liberty to pass and repass from said house to the road.
