The property not specifically stated as Orleans, but the dwelling house of the seller is being sold, and seller lives in Orleans. Samuel Higgins, Jr., described as "yeoman," sold one half of his dwelling house, the westerly part, and one half of the cellar under the east end of the house, and a piece of land adjoining the house. The bounds run, beginning at the front door, southerly 12 poles, east 10 poles, south 5 1/2 poles, thence westerly 14 poles, then north 11 poles, then east 2 1/2 poles, thence south through the house to the first mentioned bound. Also granted was the privilege to use the well, and a liberty to pass and repass from said house to the road.
