  • Notes : Timothy Doane was a yeoman, and Daniel Johnson was a gentleman. The lot of land lay to the southerly side of Town Cove, bounded by the salt works, the edge of the bank, the large rock in the gully. Doane grants the privilege to Johnson to use the property for the benefit of the salt works. Johnson must make a fence against all bounds described in the deed.
