  • Notes : Buyer and sellers were all yeomen. Quit claim. A ? Rogers, wife of Ebenezer Rogers, Betsey Sparrow, wife of Harvey Sparrow, and Eunice Rogers, wife of Israel Rogers, all relinquished their rights of dower to the premises. The deed has been annotated in another hand with the name "Snow" written after each woman's name. The names of Harvey Sparrow and Israel Rogers have been annotated with numbers, in a different hand.The sellers reserved the right to cart across the premises, where it is convenient and least damage, where there is not any grain growing or standing. Property was registered twice, first in Barnstable, then in Orleans. First by Lothrop Davis, and second by John Kenrick.
